Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte liegen in den Bereichen Kariologie und restaurative Versorgungen, präventive und Public-Health-Zahnmedizin, zahnmedizinische Diagnostik und Künstliche Intelligenz sowie Gesundheitsökonomie und Versorgungsforschung. Er hat über 300 Artikel verfasst, verschiedene Bücher herausgegeben und ist Autor von über 20 Buchkapiteln zu einer Reihe von Themen, vom Kariesmanagement bis zur Gesundheitsökonomie.

Prof. Schwendicke wurde mit einer Reihe prestigeträchtiger Auszeichnungen geehrt, darunter der Basil Bibby and Lion Award der IADR, zahlreiche Preise der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Zahnerhaltung sowie der David-Sackett-Preis des Deutschen Netzwerks für evidenzbasierte Medizin. Er ist Gutachter für über 40 Fachzeitschriften, darunter Lancet, sowie für verschiedene nationale Förderorganisationen (DFG, BMBF, Gemeinsamer Bundesausschuss). Er ist Associate Editor des Journal of Dental Research und war zuvor Mitglied des Editorial Boards verschiedener zahnmedizinischer Fachzeitschriften. Seine Arbeit zum Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz in der Zahnmedizin führte zum ersten zahnmedizinischen Spin-off der Charité, der dentalXrai GmbH.

Dr Alessandra Buhler Borges is Associate Professor at Sao Paulo State University -UNESP, in Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil.
She holds a dentist degree and obtained her MS and PhD in Operative Dentistry from the Sao Paulo State University. Dr. Borges is a specialist in Operative Dentistry and Public Health and completed a postdoctoral program at the Oral Health Institute Indiana University School of Dentistry, USA.

She teaches Operative Dentistry for both undergraduate and postgraduate programs at Sao Paulo State University.

She is author of three books and five book chapters, and published 200 papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals, in cooperation with researchers from different universities around the world. Her research areas encompass tooth demineralization (erosion and caries), resin infiltration, dental bleaching, and bioactive materials.

He has done MSc in Clinical Trials from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, University of London, UK.
He is a Fellow of Academy of Higher Education, UK. He is also pursuing MSc in ‘Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare’ from the University of Alcala, Spain.

He is a devoted researcher with keen interest in academics and has won many awards and accolades in his career.
He was awarded with Commonwealth Scholarship in 2008, ORCA Travel Fellowship Award for year 2011, best research paper awards international conferences by FDI-IDA and SAAPD etc.
He has delivered scientific presentations at many International and National platforms. He loves to conduct courses and workshops on Cariology, Management of early/deep carious lesions, hands-on-courses on Resin infiltration, use of composites and other restorative materials, Luxacrowns etc.

Dr. Gugnani has 80+ publications to his credit and is a member of many scientific societies including IADR, ORCA, IDA and ISPPD. Currently, he is also serving as Editorial board member of ‘Evidence Based Dentistry’- a Springer Nature journal, published from UK.

Dr. Jorge Casián is graduated from Dental School of the Universidad Intercontinental of México City. He received his degree in Pediatric Dentistry from UIC in 1988 and his degree in Orthodontics from IDAP México City in 1999. Dr. Casián was professor of Pediatric Dentistry of the Universidad Veracruzana and has been professor of the Mexican Dental Association since 1991 and has numerous publications. International lecturer in Mexico, Spain, Paraguay, Colombia, Republic of Ecuador, Puerto Rico, Chile, United States, Uruguay, Ukrain and South Korea.

Dr. Jorge Casián has been involved with local and international Pediatric Dentistry associations, he was the Treasurer of Mexican Academy of Pediatric Dentistry in 2015 and 2016. He was the President of Mexican Academy of Pediatric Dentistry in 2017-2018 and currently is Past-President of AMOP.

He works in private practice as Pediatric Dentist and Orthodoncist in the state of Veracruz in Mexico.

Dr Linda Greenwall a 3^rd generation dentist, born in Cape Town, South Africa. Graduating from Witts Dental School in 1984, moving to the UK in 1985 to continue widening her field of dentistry. 

After completing my Masters research into tooth whitening and discovering a passion for minimally invasive dentistry I wrote 4 textbooks on the subject, my first book has been translated into 5 different languages. 

In 1989 I started my lecturing career and have been all over the world presenting my knowledge and scientific research on tooth whitening and minimally invasive dentistry. 

In 2011 I decided I wanted to give back to dentistry and the community by establishing the Dental Wellness Trust, a non-profit Charity, focussed on raising dental awareness, improving oral health and dental wellness in less fortunate children and communities. This is mainly achieved through training, educating and introducing innovative supervised tooth brushing programmes, which has been called LiveSmart. LiveSmart is helping over 20,000 children in the townships of South Africa and over 20,000 in nursery and school children in UK. 

In 2017 I was awarded a British Empire Medal (BEM) for my services to Dentistry. This was present by Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London, Sir Kenneth Olisa OBE and attended the Queens Garden party in June 2018 to celebrate this accolade. 

In 2020 I worked with a group of female dentists whom wanted to improve the work balance for female dentists. We set up an organisation called Women Dentists Network, to support female dentists. 

This has been accomplished whilst running a multi-disciplinary, Private Specialist Dental Practice in London, continuing to lecture both in the UK and Internationally, undertaking research, writing books, dental articles, editing a journal, and raising four sons, one whom followed in her foot steps to become a dentist. I am also a proud grandmother to two grandchildren.

Dr. Cehreli is professor of Pediatric Dentistry at Hacettepe University, Ankara, Turkey; where he has been for most of his career.
He has published over 150 papers in peer-reviewed journals, has co-authored in several textbook chapters, and his publications have been cited extensively.

He is Director and President-Elect of the International Association of Dental Traumatology (IADT) and has chaired several committees of the organization for over a decade. He is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, International Academy of Paediatric Dentistry and International Association of Dental Research.

Dr. Cehreli has received several national and international awards in research.

Dr. Clarissa C. Bonifácio is associate professor in Paediatric Dentistry at the Academic Center for Dentistry Amsterdam (ACTA), the Netherlands. Currently she works as director of the Paediatric Dentistry profile of the Master in Oral Health Sciences. 

Dr. Bonifácio clinical and research interests include paediatric dentistry and cariology, especially minimal intervention treatment for dental caries in children.

Dr. Carlos Rocha Gomes Torres is a specialist in Operative Dentistry and currently professor on the undergraduate and postgraduate programs at the Institute of Science and Technology, Sao Paulo State University-UNESP, Brazil.

After graduation as a dentist, he obtained his PhD in Operative Dentistry from the Sao Paulo State University, and then undertook postdoctoral stage at the University of Zurich in Switzerland. He subsequently completed his habilitation in Operative Dentistry and was appointed Associate Professor of Operative Dentistry, Occlusion, and Dental Sculpture.

Dr. Torres is the author of more than 240 articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals, as well as the editor of three books and five book chapters.
He is a member of editorial boards and reviewer of various international dental journals.
His research areas are resin composites, dental bleaching, resin infiltration, adhesive systems, and bioactive materials.
